Welcome to Westcoast Flyfishers Association

Would you like to learn how to fly fish? Are you interested in expanding your fishing knowledge? Do you want to visit some of Vancouver Island's awesome fly fishing locations with a great group of anglers?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should consider joining the Westcoast Flyfishers Association (WFA).

WFA is a non-profit organization founded in 2002, dedicated to camaraderie and pursuit of happiness through the art of fly fishing.

We host monthly meetings and plan fishout sessions throughout southern Vancouver Island.

Meetings involve social and instructional activities such as: fly tying, fishing safety, fly fishing movies, member or guest presentations, and more. Each meeting starts wit to take care of necessary business!

Drop in to one of our meetings held at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of every month (except July, August, and December) at the Esquimalt Anglers Association: 1101 Munro Street, Victoria, British Columbia

Next Meeting - February 19th

Our February meeting will be a fly tying session. Bring your vice and tie your favourite flys. If you don't have a vice don't worry we will have spares we can lend for the evening.
